Product Quality Engineer

• Develop and continuously improve the quality management system.
• Chair period quality management reviews including cost quality, voice of customer, failure analysis and factory quality data.
• Manage quality escalations and supplier quality requirements documentation.
• Support new product development builds at factory as required.
• Responsible for managing and owning the overall quality assurance processes for multiple AR/VR products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 3 months of experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
  
  Experience must include 3 months involving the following:
• 1. Additive manufacturing
• 2. Root cause analysis
• 3. Design failure mode effect analysis
• 4. Process failure mode effect analysis
• 5. Statistical data analysis
• 6. Process capability analysis
• 7. Pareto analysis
• 8. Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• 9. Computer Aided Design modelling.
