Director of Rehabilitation – Ridgeway Post Acute

Location: Petaluma, CA
Pay: $140,000 to $185,000 annually, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed PT, OT, SLP, or COTA to bring their leadership skills and clinical expertise to a highly respected skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of therapists and therapy assistants

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes

• Monitor clinical and financial performance, ensuring efficiency and compliance

• Drive program development and quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as a PT, OT, SLP, or COTA

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Proven leadership and management skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Passion for patient-centered care and team development
