The project's objective is to transition these applications to a web-based platform, enabling us to scale our offerings, provide users with easier and more secure access, and offer enhanced features, improved performance, and increased maintenance efficiency.</p><p></p><p><b>Job description</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Angular Web App Platform Developer to join our team.</p><p>As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire development process, translating our strategy into products that meet our customers' needs. Your broad and in-depth expertise will influence the technology architecture, development, and integration of our platform.</p><p>You will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, stepping out of your comfort zone when necessary to respond promptly to changes in the environment. You will deliver value in an Agile manner, leveraging your hands-on approach, proactive mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design and develop the full-stack web application, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.</li><li>Develop and maintain reusable and modular code that follows best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and ensure that the full-stack development aligns with the overall project goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical specifications, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the capabilities of the full-stack application.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code meets high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.</li><li>To lead the design and development of our web platform using Angular. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, guiding the development team, and ensuring the platform meets the requirements of our business stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Context of the position </b></p><p>You are based in Veldhoven (Netherlands) being part of the PMO - Means &amp; Methods - Process &amp; Tooling team.</p><p>In your function you work closely together with backend developers, cloud and database engineers, product owners, requirements analysts, software testers, as well as with the IT department (e.g. Cloud services, security).</p><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor and/or master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li></ul><p><b>Experience / skills</b></p><ul><li>&gt; 7 years of experience in full-stack development.</li><li>Strong understanding of Angular architecture, design patterns, and best practices.</li><li>Experience with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular CLI.</li><li>Proficient in programming languages such as Java and C#, including their respective frameworks and ecosystems.</li><li>Strong understanding of web performance optimization, security, and accessibility.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous integration.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience with version control systems, such as GitLab and SVN, and Agile development methodologies.</li><li>Experience with SQL (MySQL, Hana) and NoSQL database (MongoDB) is a plus.</li><li>Experience with design systems, component libraries, and reusable code.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</li><li>Knowledge of containerization, such as Docker, and orchestration, such as Kubernetes.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.</li><li>Prior experience with VBA is a nice to have.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Personal skills</b></p><ul><li>Motivated and enthusiastic team player, supporting your colleagues.</li><li>Strong user-orientation and communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Pro-active attitud
