Would you like to collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional and international teams?<h2>Are you passionate about providing Assistance and Support?</h2><h2></h2><h2>Partner with the best</h2><p>As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Extensive email and full diary management in Outlook, anticipating clashes, and managing conflicting priorities of equal importance using judgement and negotiating skills, ensuring productive use of the Executive's time.</li><li>Organize and coordinate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings, preparing and collating relevant documentation where appropriate, across multiple time zones.</li><li>Proactively arrange complex business worldwide travel including flights, accommodation, agendas, and ground transport, adhering to strict budgets and schedules, ensuring timely visa processing, with special attention to ground transportation, security, and safety.</li><li>Support administrative activities related to staffing, onboarding, and office space management.</li><li>Oversee Office Assistant to support administrative tasks and wider team support.</li><li>Provide proactive meeting setup including logistics, venue, equipment, and catering.</li><li>Accurately track and manage invoicing and budget information.</li><li>Coordinate onsite and offsite events and conferences for 20+ participants, offering support with setup and resources to guarantee smooth operations, including traveling as needed.</li><li>Process Travel &amp; Living expenses in accordance with company guidelines, manage expatriate internal profiles through Concur.</li><li>Use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, both internally and externally.</li><li>Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications for the executives.</li><li>Ensure timely and efficient communication, acting as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure security of executive's personal and professional data.</li></ul><p></p><p>Fuel your passion</p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Support Services).
