PSE's New Product Development team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Customer Solar Coordinator position!

Job Description
This position will be responsible for coordinating operational activities associated with the successful execution of PSE’s Customer Connected Solar (Net Metering) program. They will be responsible for successful execution of program activities including net metering application reviews, creating net metering service orders, billing implementation and inquiries from installers, customers and other internal & external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also identify areas of improvement in the program and/or related processes and produces solutions. Co-develops and coordinates project plans and schedules that drive results through hands-on project management. Demonstrates a desire and ability to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
- The position must work with solar, wind and other renewable resource providers and Customers to plan and schedule Net Metering and to track their progress to completion.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders like Billing, Engineering and Meter Operations.
- Lead or participate in Net Metering team meetings to discuss current successes and issues at different customer sites.
- Clearly communicate operating/engineering/electrical standards and procedures. Quickly and thoroughly resolve issues or discrepancies with customers, partners, installers and other internal & external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to evaluate program data trends and report insights, collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to support decision making.
- Identify and support execution of process improvement initiatives and quality control processes.
- Monitors customer satisfaction survey scores and comments, identifies action items to improve and successfully addresses or escalates customer complaints as necessary.
- Manage program orientation process for internal and external stakeholders and oversee training for program implementers and/or contractors.
- Conduct market research and support development of business cases, strategic planning, and potential pilot initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with program coordinator and/or management, planning & budgetary responsibility.
- 2 years of experience in planning with some budgeting responsibilities.
- Experience in communications campaign.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement efforts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation and analytical skills.
- Experience providing an excellent customer service experience.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings including set-up and day-of logistics.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in SAP.
- Basic knowledge of PSE electric and net metering tariffs.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects at one time.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training to internal and external partners.
- Experience coordinating and/or managing both external and internal vendors and stakeholders including trade organizations and community outreach.
- Desire to work in team environment.

The pay range for this position is $69,600.00 - $108,100.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
