We’re actively seeking a talented Supervisor to join our New Business team in Omaha, NE, Lynchburg VA or Newport Beach, CA
• This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.
How you’ll help move us forward:
Reviews life insurance and annuity operational transaction requests received from customers, using knowledge of department policies and procedures to determine good order.
Directly contacts Financial Professionals or parties to policy/contract to resolve outstanding requirements, documenting outcomes.
Oversees transactions across the lifecycle of the policy/contract, ranging from Advisor appointments, renewals, and commission support, annuity new business applications and premiums, and inforce requests such as policy/contract changes, trades, distributions, registration changes, and other comparable work items.
Balances processing accuracy and speed with service quality.
May provide internal department support, as assigned, in areas of peer/vendor question support, verifying internal processing accuracy, peer on-the-job- training, and participation in department projects and documentation review.

Supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
The experience you bring:
Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own family and basic knowledge of other families.
Leadership experience preferred.
Ability to maintain strong organizational skills in a high-volume, fast paced environment under tight deadlines.
Skilled in problem-solving
Strong communication skills dealing with a variety of internal and external customers, preferably in the financial services profession.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
