<h1><span><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>As the Senior Grid &amp; Electrical Integration Lead Engineer, you will serve as a strategic and independent figure within the GE project execution team. Your primary role is to be the key point of contact between customer and GE project execution and engineering teams. You will be ultimately responsible to ensure all parties agree on the Grid Integration technical scope, interfaces, and responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor the implementation plan throughout the design phase and until successful testing at the site is achieved.<br/>As an independent problem solver, you will identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring compliance with the contract and applicable grid codes for GE wind turbines and GE Wind Park Controller system (WindCONTROL) including interfaces with the Customer Control/SCADA systems or the applicable Grid Operator. In addition, you will coordinate customer requirements in grid modeling within the involved teams (GE engineering, customer contractors, third parties) by leveraging your strong expertise in wind power systems and relevant wind industry simulation tools. Your strategic insight will drive the development and optimization of electrical models and wind farm simulations to fulfill contract obligations.<br/>In a mentoring capacity, you will guide junior engineers, share valuable feedback with commissioning and service teams to contribute with continuous improvement of engineering processes.
