Collection Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Leverage SIGINT and non-SIGINT data sources to close discovery gaps, optimize client systems, and enhance client ability to pursue essential data. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to solve client's hardest mission challenges. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience identifying appropriate CM access points and methods
• Knowledge of CM requirements
• Knowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in data
• Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems
• Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in collection management, or 6+ years of experience in collection management in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SIGINT targeting or reporting
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure and key resources
• Knowledge of control systems, including SCADA, DCS, or ICS
• Ability to learn foreign languages

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
