Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures compliance with all established processes and procedures such as candidates/applicant tracking, initiating background checks, processing expense reimbursements, managing new executive hire on-boarding and paperwork processing. Supports the executive recruiters and the talent acquisition team and other executive recruitment related projects
Job Responsibilities
- Provides constant communication/updates to executive recruitment and candidates regarding status, travel, offers, etc.
- Ensures compliance with all established processes and procedures such as booking travel arrangements, candidates/applicant tracking, initiating background checks, processing expense reimbursements, managing new executive hire on-boarding and paperwork processing
- Assists new executives with on-boarding; scheduling employee health assessments, background checks, scheduling benefits meeting and providing assistance with systems
- Assists with escorting on-site candidates if executive recruiters are not available
- Schedules benefit call with new executive hires. Manages multiple tasks and action items i.e. documentation, follow up and preparation
- Creates and updates requisition status reports on a weekly basis
- Assists with the internship on-boarding program
- Participates in process improvement efforts and continuously brainstorms to improve processes to more effectively meet customer needs
- Makes smart and timely decisions; understands when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.
- Acts professional and accountable and takes responsibility for executive recruitment projects and assignments
- Provides support to the executive recruitment team and the talent acquisition team and assists with all executive recruitment related projects
- Schedules and assists with complex on-site interview facilitation, travel arrangements and ensures interviews flow smoothly
- Demonstrates excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high-profile executives and confidential information
- May perform additional duties as assigned
Additional Requirements
Experience - 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Education - Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
