Methodologist of Educational Courses

It was founded as a brokerage firm in 1997 and has since grown into a diverse group of companies, brokers, dealers, educational and IT-development centers which allows the group to operate globally, target 27 countries and serve clients from 120 countries.</p><p>Through its proprietary mobile and online trading platforms, Libertex offers trading in Forex, crypto, stocks, CFDs, futures, funds and indices.</p><p>The company has received more than 100 international awards and recognitions including, most recently, being named “Best Trading Platform 2020” by World Finance Magazine and “Best FX Broker Europe 2020” by Forex Report.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>- 2-3 years of experience in online school, academy (or similar) as methodologist or a product researcher</strong><br/>- Specialized/higher education in one of the fields: Teaching, Educational Methodology, Psychology, or similar<br/>- Systems thinking and ability to handle complicated tasks<br/>- Experience in successful launch of online/offline educational courses<br/>- Experience with different LMS solutions (especially B2C)<br/>- Confident user of Miro / LucidChart, Jira, MS Office<br/><strong>- English: Upper-intermediate or higher</strong></p>- Spanish language is an advantage<br/>- Knowledge of the LatAm education market is an advantage<h3> <br/><br/>Duties:</h3><p>- Work out the structure for future courses, constantly work on their improvement based on the new trends and modern practices<br/>- Be a key source of knowledge of methodology principles in education process in the team<br/>- Design and develop different curriculum materials according to requirements and guidelines<br/>- Introduce gamification into the study process<br/>- Prepare tests, quizzes, feedback forms, questionnaires for students and leads<br/>- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and practices<br/>- Write copy, proofread to ensure editorial excellence throughout development of product<br/>- Handle multiple projects paying close attention to priority and tight deadlines<br/>- Work closely with Project Managers, Experts, Designers and other team members during the course contents preparation<br/>- Analyze the results of the course, collect students’ feedback<br/>- Other administrative activities related to support and improvement of launches and holding of educational courses, webinars, master-classes</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>-Full time work schedule: 5 working days (8 hours per day) and 2 days off work<br/>-Salary: fixed(3 months probation period)<br/>-Standard vacation in terms of local labor legislation<br/>-Working in the internationl company<br/>-Corporate Events &amp; Team Building Activities<br/>-Udemy for Business Unlimited Membership and Language training courses<br/>-The opportunity to excel in your professional career</p>
