OnsiteThis position is for a Senior Quality Assurance Technician who works under general supervision. Conducts basic quality analyses and inspections and analyzes corrective actions. Reviews Quality Assurance materials to ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Self-directed to orient, train, and/or assign work of business support employees and peers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Works under minimal supervision to assist with the development and implementation of program quality plans and procedures
Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
Reviews quality data and determines if products and processes are aligned with internal documentation
Proactive auditing for quality implementation and compliance (i.e. process walks, OES, work instruction reviews)
Performs root cause identification of production turn backs/defects using Sherlock or Synergies
Surveils operator and inspector performance
Raises notifications of non-conformances, quarantines non-conforming product and when approved to do so, provides disposition
Mentors operators with a professional, positive attitude
Collaborates with other members of the product support staff
Business travel to support other facilities
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of quality system requirements (i.e. QMS, WSM, 580, Dept. Procedures, EMP)
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Project Management
