Job Description:

AriensCo is currently hiring for a passionate Human Resource Associate to our Brillion, WI locations! In this role, you’ll support three manufacturing sites with a combined workforce of approximately 800 employees. You’ll partner closely with Operations leadership to enhance employee engagement, support workforce planning, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across all locations. and play a critical role in delivering high‑quality HR support in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment.

THE DAY TO DAY...

Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as an HR resource for employees and supervisors

  • Must be available to assist employees across multiple shifts when necessary

  • Support investigations, conflict resolution, and day‑to‑day employee relations matters

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values

Partnership with Operations Leadership

  • Collaborate with plant and operations leaders to understand workforce needs, staffing challenges, and organizational priorities

  • Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and policy interpretation

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support recruiting efforts in partnership with HR and Operations teams to meet staffing demands

  • Assist with interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring processes

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees across all sites

HR Program & Policy Administration

  • Administer FMLA/Leave Policy 

  • Support ADA accommodation requests

  • Maintain consistency in policy application across all manufacturing locations

  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Training & Development

  • Assist in coordinating training programs for supervisors and employees.

  • Support development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and workforce skills

Data, Reporting & HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS updates

  • Prepare reports and metrics related to turnover, attendance, staffing, and other key HR indicators

Collaboration with Senior HR Business Partner

  • Work closely with the Senior HRBP to align HR strategies with business goals

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and support broader HR projects and initiatives

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required

  • A minimum 3 years experience in HR coordination, generalist work, or business partner support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations

  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and workforce management

  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

  • Preferred fluency in English and Spanish
