About the role
Reporting to our VP of Marketing, the Global Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives whose purpose is to generate qualified pipeline and create demand across global markets for Bullhorn’s solutions.
The Business Development team consists of future sales stars, progressing through outbound and demand generation responsibilities in preparation for a career in sales. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to coach, develop, and grow a high-performing BDR function while driving pipeline generation and creating clear development pathways for future sales talent.
This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll need to be in our Boston office Tuesday through Thursday.
A typical day will include…
Partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on pipeline priorities, campaigns, outbound strategy, and territory focus
Coaching and developing Business Development Representatives through call reviews, prospecting feedback, performance conversations, and ongoing development
Analyzing team and individual performance metrics to identify trends, coaching opportunities, and process improvements
Hiring, onboarding, and developing top Business Development talent globally, helping new hires ramp quickly and effectively
Building a high-performing team culture through recognition, accountability, and development initiatives that keep engagement high
Supporting the growth and progression of Business Development Representatives into quota-carrying sales roles
Staying current on outbound best practices, tools, and technology to continuously improve team performance
Occasional travel to support in-person collaboration and team development across regions

You have experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Salesloft, Salesforce, or comparable sequencing and prospecting platforms
You have a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and retaining top outbound talent
You have deep expertise in cold calling, prospecting strategy, messaging, and talk track development
You have experience partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leaders in fast-moving, matrixed environments
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $155,000 - $165,000, including a base salary of $100,000 – $110,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
