What you’ll do

• Product ownership for vision/enhancements around Services digital platforms, aligning system capabilities with strategic intent
• Serve as a conduit between technical application teams and business end users to understand and document service processes, system pain points, and enhancement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery
• Participate-in and facilitate user-acceptance testing to ensure timely deployment of system enhancements
• Establish and maintain training materials and best practices for common tasks
• Identify critical data fields that drive our reporting and management system, and define and audit controls to ensure data integrity and flag and resolve exceptions
• Communicate vision and purpose to end users to foster buy-in and engagement around maintenance of critical data fields/processes
• Partner with business intelligence teams to establish meaningful dashboards that measure key performance indicators and progress towards strategic commitments
• Identify automation and integration opportunities between platforms to streamline operations
• Ensure alignment of digital priorities and Service and Parts representation in “One Terex” platforms through partnership  with Commercial, Warranty, Technical Services and Customer experience leaders

What you’ll bring

• Travel 20%
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial & Service Operations, Project Management, System Deployment or similar roles
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or other ERPs
• Working knowledge of Oracle CX Field Service Cloud - configuration, dispatching, mobile workflows, etc.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience working with BI/analytics platforms (Qlik, Palantir, PowerBI)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary: The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
