Ensures positive employee relations within the facility. Works with the organization’s new, current, and former employees to assist in the hiring, administration, and training processes. Assists the HR Manager with overall Human Resources Department administration.

 

 

Responsibility 1:

• Designated plant payroll liaison and works with Corporate Payroll to ensure accuracy of payroll for hourly paid team members
• Invoice Reconciliation for temporary payroll
• Maintain HR function in ADP system and eTIME
• Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, CQA

Responsibility 2:

• Administrator of benefits
• Daily paperwork processing

Responsibility 3:

• Point of contact for employees in regards to FMLA or LOA
• Liaison between employees and third party administrator

Responsibility 4:

• Maintain training records
• Leads Training Focus Team

Responsibility 5:

• Promote positive employee relations and engagement
• Employee Investigations
• Coaching & Counseling sessions
• Recommendations for disciplinary actions

Responsibility 6:

• Job bidding / Posting process
• New Hire Calibration for conversion of temporary employees
• Hourly and Salaried interviewing
• Job Description Updates

Responsibility 7:

• Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises
• Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing
• Must be able to lift up to 33lbs on a regular basis
• Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times

Responsibility 8:

• Provides support, training  and coaches end users/operators during their shifts when needed
• Helps to unblock situation and applies contingency plan in case of PES issue
• Is in charge of the escalation process for software and hardware support
• Reports to the local PES Coordinator
• Forwards the blocking points and the enhancements requests
• Takes part in the Key Users’ “functional network”
• Opens support tickets and follows them till the complete resolution
• Receives support from central teams as need be, reports incident resolution to Local PES Coordinator
