Job Title:      Director - Delivery

Job Duties: Argano LLC in Plano, TX is seeking Director - Delivery to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

• Provide guidance to consulting team on solutions, configurations, and software gaps.
• Lead solution define workshops and sprints to determine business and software requirements.
• Lead solution design meetings to identify technical requirements for the development team.
• Define the vision for all delivery management activities across the organization.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects and ensure successful delivery of services and solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement action plans to address project escalations and improve deficiencies in the process and performance as identified.
• Work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across entire Oracle ERP finance modules.
• Work as Oracle Solution Architect Lead across Oracle ERP transformational projects of Argano.
• Develop and grow teams through effective hiring, developing, mentoring, and inspiring in a fast-paced environment and the set up for successful execution during rapid growth.

This position directly supervises the work of ten (10) other employees, including Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and has the authority to hire, terminate, promote, or make any compensation decisions.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree,

progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a foreign degree.

Certification: Oracle certified Fusion Financials Implementation Specialist

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

1. Oracle Cloud Applications

2. Manage Oracle implementation project

3. Oracle Fusion financials

4. Fusion PPM applications

5. Manage business requirements

6. Oracle R12 implementation

Require 25% domestic/international travel. Work from home benefits allowed.
