Sales Expert (Volkswagen)

Location: Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $45,000 - $170,000 (Commission-Based)

SCHEDULE: Sales team members work a rotating schedule with shifts of 8:30 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and must be available to work either shift as needed. The schedule includes one weekday off, every other Sunday, and open-to-close availability on Saturdays.

Core Responsibilities

• Work incoming leads and showroom opportunities  
• Assist customers through the full buying process 
• Focus on new Volkswagen sales while still selling all inventory 
• Follow up consistently to maximize closing opportunities  
• Deliver a confident, professional customer experience  

Basic Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Highly motivated and driven individual  
• Strong communication and closing skills 
• Confidence working with customers and asking for the sale 
• Organized with strong follow-up habits  
• Phone and email skills
