Director, US Immunology, Field Strategy & Operations
Reporting into the Executive Director of Strategy and Operations, this role supports the VP of Sales and Marketing and the VP of Field Medical for Dermatology and Rheumatology. This person will play a central role in enabling our teams to deliver performance, support our customers, and develop new and innovative medicines. This person will also have the opportunity to coach and develop a team of direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight direct reports across Sales S&O and Field Medical S&O
Create a vision for the IMM Field S&O team that supports the strategic objectives of Sales, Field Medical, and Brand leadership
Integrate and coordinate the S&O efforts across Sales and Field Medical to deliver a seamless experience to our internal field force and external customers
Partner closely with sales, field medical, and brand teams to deliver operational field S&O support for the in-line Sotyktu PsO and Orencia businesses
Prepare for and successfully execute Sotyktu PsA launch in collaboration with matrix partners
Support preparation and execution of Immunology Field Medical plan
Oversee Field S&O efforts to enable Field Medical team to provide clinical trial site support and drive enrollment for admilparant, Lupus, and CT autoimmune trials
Qualifications:
5 -7 years of pharmaceutical sales or field medical experience required
Home office experience required
Proven track record of providing strategic leadership, direct management, and coaching is necessary.
Ability to work effectively, collaborate and build alignment across a broad and complex matrix involving field and home office employees.
Ability to identify, implement and execute objectives that are aligned with business strategy.
Strong communication skills are essential.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $198,140.00 USD- $268,070.00 USD, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
