Job Description

Summary:

The Law Clerk will provide a wide variety of clerk-level legal support to Vivint’s senior attorneys.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Basic legal & internet research
  • Reviewing and drafting basic legal documents
  • Compiling evidence and due diligence documents
  • Basic contract review and preparation
  • Trademark searching
  • Summarizing documents

  • Able to work along with minimal oversight
  • Willing to ask questions rather than spin your wheels

  • Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Education/Experience:

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with plans to attend law school in the next 2-4 years.  The ideal candidate will be a sophomore or junior.

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
