About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and driven Technical Product Manager to join our growing team and play a critical part in shaping the future of our platform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll be deeply involved in all technical aspects of the product development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Define product features and functionality: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Drive technical execution: Work closely with engineering and QA to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, owning the process from ideation to launch.
• Technical expertise: Leverage your technical background to make informed product decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and guide the development team.
• Problem-solving: Identify and analyze complex technical challenges, propose creative solutions, and drive their implementation.
• Agile development: Thrive in an agile environment, writing detailed user stories, managing the backlog, and actively participating in sprints.
• Communication and collaboration: Effectively communicate technical product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Technical background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Platform experience: Proven experience in building and scaling technical platforms, with a deep understanding of platform architecture and infrastructure.
• Startup mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action and a focus on results.
• Hands-on approach: Ability to write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• 2-5 years of experience in a product management role or equivalent, with a focus on technical execution and delivery.
