This position reports to Legal Product Group Lead and is based at Summit, NJ Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.  This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Role reports to: Legal Product Group Lead

Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.  This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Travel %: 5%

Pay: $124,000 - $167,000

What you will do 

The Enterprise Legal Management Product Manager is responsible for playing a crucial part in driving the successful vision, roadmap, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Legal Technology solutions. As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert, you will lead, manage and collaborate with global business teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering seamless and efficient legal operations experiences as well as outcomes that matter for our people

Key Responsibilities 

• Define vision, goals, and objective for the enterprise legal products
• Co-shape strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery & roadmaps
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, continuous improvement and optimization through Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence
• Ensure governance and demand management processes are in place
• Assess technology needs of the legal operations department
• Research and evaluating the new and emerging legal technologies
