In this role, you will advise on a broad range of U.S. and international employment law issues and help operationalize employment programs, policies, and practices that support a rapidly expanding organization.<br><br><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Senior Counsel, Employment</strong>, who will report to the <strong>Associate General Counsel, Employment</strong>, to advise on a broad range of employment law issues affecting CoreWeave’s global workforce. You will partner closely with the People team, and collaborate frequently with other key stakeholders, including Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Corporate Development, and Securities, to address workforce issues, manage legal risk, and support consistent employment practices as CoreWeave continues to scale.&nbsp;</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience supporting employment law issues in a multi-jurisdictional environment, preferably in a high-growth, technology environment. If hired, you will help support and implement CoreWeave’s employment strategy, programs, and policies while complying with applicable law in multiple jurisdictions in which CoreWeave operates.
