- Provide general overall facility management services including monitoring of CMMS
- Address inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to facility inquiries and complaints, verify problem and take the necessary corrective action
- Remain knowledgeable regarding operational aspects of building systems
- Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment

- Maintain on-going communication with contractors and team
- Create work orders and assign work orders to the engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors
- Report on open/closed work orders and check the status of open work orders
- Request, review and submit work orders, bids and proposals from vendors
- Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner
- Assist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performance
- Maintain database of facility assets and condition assessments
- Maintain records for OSHA, environmental, and other regulatory compliance
- Create and record appropriate written communication between all parties
- Communicate frequently with Center landlords and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status updates
- Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreements
- Provide facilities helpdesk services on behalf of the client(s) and monitor internal/external workflow for all facilities cases to ensure consistent quality of service and work product
- Additional duties may be added as changes in the company’s goals and direction occur, in order to maintain our department’s alignment with the goals and direction.
- High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, both verbally and in written form, with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence.
- Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and personal initiative.
- Build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Recognize and act on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Work independently without regular direct supervision.
- Approximately 5% travel as required.
- High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred
- Formal training
