Essential Responsibilities
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with business partners, DT colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-party contractors
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment
- Proficiency in product development lifecycle management
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Capable of working independently with limited guidance
- Provide expertise in supporting integration and data validation among key business applications, within multiple ERP systems and multiple ITC applications
Identify transformation projects to streamline or replace with end-to-end solutions, such as automated evaluation and matching of key system data - Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs in the most effective, efficient and technically robust way
- Create documentation of the business aspects of proposed solutions
- Work with the Digital Technology team ( CTO`s ) to develop a technology strategy and roadmap by researching, evaluating and considering alternative technology options that are available in the market – both independently and by management request – and formulating recommendations and implementation plans or leveraging existing tools that we have ( Connect with the CTO`s team to better understand the applications landscape in place )
