About the role
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible hours, but must overlap at least 4-5 hours each day between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM California time (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Manila time)
- With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Company/client overview:
We are an online education platform dedicated to making coding accessible and affordable for aspiring programmers. We’ve created a unique hybrid model that combines the best parts of Traditional Coding Bootcamps and Online Learning Platforms (Codecademy, Udemy, etc.). Our flexible courses paired with live instruction from industry experts, are designed to help the next generation of tech confidently explore their interest in coding and launch their tech careers.
As a startup, we currently have 1 course— the Web Fundamentals course, a 3-week introductory programming program teaching the basics of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. As our website and brand presence has just recently launched, we currently have no students and limited traffic. We’re looking for a very highly motivated individual to act as our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and drive the strategy and execution that will bring on our first few customers!
Requirements
- Senior-level digital marketing experience with proven track record of results
- Expertise in Google & Meta Ads campaign management and optimization (Bonus if knowledgeable in other channels)
- Strong social media marketing experience and strategy development
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
- Strategic thinking capabilities with CMO-level mindset
- Excellent communication skills for direct founder collaboration
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Demonstrated strong Leadership and the ability to think outside the box
- Bonus: Experience with e-learning/coding is a plus)
- Ad creative skills is a plus
