In this role, you won’t just support systems—you’ll lead the charge in optimizing and transforming complex IT environments for our customers. From orchestrating seamless system installations to resolving high-stakes issues with precision, your expertise will be the backbone of operational excellence.

As an Account Technical Services Professional, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our customers, Kyndryl’s Skytap expert technical teams, and our esteemed Alliance partners. Together, we'll shape the future of IT services, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the setup, configuration, and performance of critical IT systems that power our customers’ success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with urgency and confidence, ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded.
• Implement best practices that drive compliance, security, and performance across customer environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Skytap experts and Alliance partners—to deliver tailored solutions.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Required Skills and Experience

• Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain

• 5+ years of experience providing IT support

• Experience working in a customer facing environment

• Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $61,560 to $117,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience.  For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable st
