Overview
The Marketing & Group Ticketing Coordinator will assist with all sales of new and renew Group Ticket Sales, grassroot marketing efforts, and assist the Box Office Manager on event days. The Marketing & Group Ticketing Coordinator will coordinate group sale transactions and report to the Director of Marketing and Box Office Manager in relation to their goals. In addition, facilitate the group sales department efforts to fulfill various asset experiences each event, communicating with the entire staff on these events and analyze them to improve for the future. The ideal candidate is someone with prior experience working within sports, event ticket and hospitality sales. The role will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Box Office Manager to manage the business plan, budget, and overall strategy for the department.
This role will pay a salary of $15.13 to $18.00.

CURE Insurance Arena, owned by Mercer County Improvement Authority, is a 250,000 square foot arena with accommodations for up to 10,000 guests for concerts and seating for 9,000 for basketball. Hockey games have room for 8,100 fans. There are also 34 private luxury suites! Located in the heart of Trenton, NJ the CURE Insurance Arena opened its doors on October 6th, 1999 and has since provided Mercer County and surrounding regions with family entertainment, concerts, trade shows, sporting events, and much more!
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities -
- Responsible for promoting a culture of innovation, where new group programs and offerings are created and new ideas are continuously explored.
- Work with the Box Office Manager to assure all FEVO group sale events are being created and utilize the FEVO platform for group sales, fundraising, etc.
- Coordinate with Box Office Manager and Director of Marketing to develop and grow a database of group sales leads through prospecting and networking events.
- Attend all events to manage all sales related activities.
- Generate new/increased sales revenue opportunities through: Cold calling local businesses/partners, little league teams, soccer teams, cheerleading groups, etc.
- Deliver prompt and accurate Group Sale reports to the Box Office Manager.
- Maintain well-organized inventories of sales accounts and event day assets to ensure optimal sell-thru rate and maximize revenues.
- Implement Birthday group packages (include birthday signage on our IPTVs for the birthday person – in rotation with other graphics, or other no-cost items). Schedule these needed items with Technical Services Manager.
- Sell West Club private group packages.
- Introduce yourself to each sold group day of event.
- Work alongside Regional Marketing Director & Group Sales OVG360 contact for tips and corporate updates.
- Assist with operating the Box Office for cheerleading events, trade shows, GA events as needed.
Assigned Marketing Duties –
- Distribute upcoming event signage to local business partners.
- Update upcoming event napkin dispensers and facility static signage.
- Brainstorm artist gift ideas as needed.
- Complete and submit monthly digital reports.
- Be present for any Marketing & Regional Group Sale calls.

- 1-2 years of related work experience.
