About the role
Primarily Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage the daily work of the Telecom team ensuring trouble tickets are cared for within the agreed SLA times.
- Create / pull Telecom reports as needed for other departments, including MSSN finance, MSSN/MSH leadership, etc.
- Act as SPOC for all other departments within the hospital, as well as outside vendors, including Telecom vendor A2K, service providers Lightpath, Verizon, Optimum, etc.
- Assist the Project Management department with the planning and coordination of all moves and new areas involving Telecom, both within the hospital as well as all offsite practice locations. Ensure installations are completed on time. Most recent examples are the opening of the new J – Wing ED and Critical Care floors at the hospital.
- Responsible for ordering all Telecom equipment and supplies for both maintenance stock as well as new projects. Track and inventory all.
- Responsible for cell phone maintenance for MSSN users as well as the ordering of new cell phones through our vendor, T-Mobile. Maintain cell phones in the MSSN Apple Business Manager, InTune and Asset Management databases.
- Onboard new Telecom vendor employees to work at MSSN.
