The Head of Revenue Operations will report to the VP Sales and partner closely with other members of the Go-To-Market leadership team to aid in the development and execution of our growth strategy.  This leader will inherit our existing Sales Operations (3 FTEs), GTM Strategy & Planning (1 FTE), and Sales and CS Enablement functions (1 FTE), with a mandate to architect and build the team required to support Tegus’s growth from $100M to +$500M ARR. 
Success in the role will be measured based on whether we are able to achieve ambitious growth targets as a go-to-market team, consistently, while increasing the efficiency of our growth investments over time.   

Responsibilities

  • Lead our planning cycles to define and execute on our GTM strategy and lead the development of sales and growth plans, including headcount and budget asks, territory design, account allocation, compensation plans, IC and manager quotas and team targets.
  • Design, deliver, and continually improve the systems and processes required to deliver accurate forecasts against monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Work with our sales managers to ensure there is consistent rigor in our pipeline hygiene.
  • Ensure we have the data integrity and reporting capabilities needed to drive high performance in our sales organization and provide real-time insight into the effectiveness of our GTM motion.  Partner with the VP of Sales and GTM leadership to build the narrative and supporting data for quarterly Board meetings. 
  • Own the strategy and execution behind the technical business systems and processes that power our sales motion - from first-contact to close and from renewal through account expansion across our Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market segments.  
  • Support continuous productivity improvements for ICs and managers.  Develop and deliver in-house and third-party resources that increase average rep productivity and increase the speed-to-ramp of new hires.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships, communication channels, and working relationships with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product to create continuous feedback loops that inform AEs of important updates and inform the roadmaps and priorities of our partner organizations.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and be able to help facilitate change.
  • Ability and desire to process and solve complex problems while balancing many stakeholders is critical.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented: experience in finance, accounting, and/or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a combination of Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations roles.
