YOUR TASKS

In this role, you will lead the Reverse Logistics Team within the Client Services Department, maintaining communication with both internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the timely and accurate entry of pickup requests.

• Monitoring the processing of returns throughout the warehouse.

• Meeting delivery schedules to fulfill customer needs.

• Acting as a liaison between customers and internal personnel.

• Ensuring special order requirements are executed as requested.

• Responding promptly to customer queries and escalations.

• Coordinating with the order management team to meet customer deployment and delivery deadlines.

You will play a crucial role in providing customers with the information they need while ensuring smooth coordination between operational and order management teams.

Other responsibilities include assisting the Account Manager in providing advice, resolving problems, and monthly business review metrics for reverse logistics, overseeing the customer account to ensure SLA’s (service level agreements) meet or exceed requirements, along with creating and maintaining reports as required for the customer.

 

YOUR PROFILE

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.

• 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office and Excel.

• 2+ years of warehouse inventory experience.

• 2 years 3PL, Logistics, or warehouse experience required.

• SAP knowledge, preferred.

• Prior lead or supervisor experience a plus.

• International shipping requirements.

• Experience in creating and giving presentations an advantage.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work overtime as required.

• Travel – minimal.
