Principal Product Manager

** Starting Pay Range: $159,869-$180,000 **

This role is responsible for creating digitally-enabled experiences (products/services) that deliver value by building/leveraging digital platform capabilities across all digital touchpoints (web, native mobile apps, kiosks, in-room, messaging, and other displays/screens).

What does a Principal Product Manager do?                                            

• Owns individual product areas from concept to launch to optimization; ensuring your roadmap is aligned to the organization’s vision, well executed, and clearly communicated by negotiating trade-offs and adjusting scope as needed to address major milestones.
• Accountable for prioritizing problems to solve/opportunities to capture and working collaboratively with UX Design and Technology partners to evaluate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to incrementally validate product direction through user feedback collection (surveys), testing (concept, A/B, etc.), analytical tools and MVPs, driving product optimizations through ongoing experiments that iteratively achieve target objectives as well as yield user insights.

 

To be successful as a Principal Product Manager, you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years experience delivering and optimizing Guest-facing digital experiences as a product manager (inclusive of driving product vision, go to market strategy, facilitating design discussions and competently working with technical teams).
• Proven experience in product management where you have demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
