As our Document Scanning Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for taking physical documents and turning them into digital gold. From prepping files to operating scanners like a pro, your work will keep our document management ship sailing smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s what you’ll be doing to keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine:

• Document Scanning: You’ll be sorting, prepping, and scanning documents like a champion, making sure staples, paper clips, and all those pesky fasteners are out of the way for flawless scanning.
• File Management: After scanning, you’ll organize and store digital files in their rightful electronic homes, all while keeping confidential documents safe and secure.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Got a knack for tech? You’ll be in charge of running and maintaining our scanning equipment, tweaking scanner settings like a pro to get the best quality out of every document.
• Quality Control: You’ll be the quality guru, reviewing scanned documents to make sure they’re clear, complete, and accurate. If something’s off, you’ll give it another go until it’s perfect.
• Data Entry & Indexing: Once scanned, you’ll be entering metadata and making sure every document is properly categorized for easy access later.
• Communication: You’ll work closely with your team and supervisor, making sure everyone’s on the same page and that scanning tasks are moving smoothly. If something’s going to slow down the process, you’ll be the first to speak up.
