We are seeking a CEI Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL.

How will you contribute to the team?
Responsible for the administration and observation of construction activities for major road and bridge construction to determine if the quality of the work performed by the contractor meets clients' needs and governmental requirements and conforms substantially with plans and specifications.
Leads subordinate internal staff involved in the observation, testing and sampling of construction materials, observation of construction work, and documentation of plan revisions and work progress.
Provides financial management of construction office operations, monitoring costs and expenses, approving and dispersing funds, and coordinating accounting and cost allocation.
Is responsible for reporting cost and quality control activities.
Meets and coordinates ongoing construction monitoring with client program manager.
Prepares and coordinates contract changes and supplemental agreements with client.
Work involves planning, coordination and problem solving on a variety of considerably complex projects, involving several disciplines, contractors and/or regulatory agencies.
Work with Business Unit leads to identify, pursue and win work in the Central Florida region. Assist with the growth of the CM practice in this region.
Manage CEI teams performing work with FDOT, CFX, local municipalities, and private clients.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor’s Degree in field of practice. Graduate degree preferred. Management course work and/or MBA a plus.
15 years of experience in project production and technical professional activities, four of these working as a project manager.
FDOT Advanced MOT.
P.E is required.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
Ability to direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program..
