INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (OPERATING SYSTEMS)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1) Working on the development of comprehensive test cases to ensure test methodologies for new and industry leading technologies for vendor trials and pilots of new innovation comply with lnformation Assurance (IA) guidelines; 2) Testing systems/applications to identify coding or connectivity defects prior to deployment to the end users; 3) Applying software design principles and methods to design, develop, and integrate system components, ensuring alignment with planned application strategies and data environments, and 4) Presenting technical and project-related information effectively to diverse stakeholders. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
