Job Description Summary
The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing projects with applications in microelectronics, data analysis, PCB design, and 3D printing technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of student researchers, providing a unique educational experience in a hands-on research environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of electronic circuits and PCBs.
- Conduct experiments and simulations related to microelectronics and electronic systems.
- Support the development and refinement of 3D printed electronic components.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data for research projects, applying basic data science techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and experimental results.
- Collaborate with team members on the preparation of scientific reports and papers.
- Manage and organize lab equipment and supplies to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in microelectronics, PCB design, and electronics.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technology and applications in electronics.
- Basic understanding of data science principles and analytical methods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience or coursework in user-centered design, digital signal processing, or related areas.
