Position Summary:

Contribute to the performance of the office by providing day to day administrative support to the ExecuPro team, while managing and helping grow your assigned book of business.

Hours and Office Location: Preference would be for this role to be hybrid, with 3 days a week in office and 2 days work from home. Our office location is 2300 Windy Ridge Pkwy, Suite 695S| Atlanta, GA 30339

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree (or equivalent in work experience in the insurance industry, administration or related field)

• Property and Casualty Insurance license and valid driver’s license

• Typing 40-50 words per minute 

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities:

• Manage and help grow your assigned agents and book of business while assisting the team at the same time

• Work with RSP to manage the renewal solicitation process

• Process new/renewal submissions per the Account Executive/Producer’s instructions:
  Update and Maintain agent and client detail in AIM and IR
  Update AIM and IR with marketing efforts and correspondence
  Maintain the file in IR with the most current communication trail

• Communicate directly with agents and underwriters via meetings, email, telephone

• Preparing and typing indications

• Process Confirmation of Insurer Binding notices:
  Request to bind to Carrier
  Complete necessary Compliance Information – SLT and Affidavits
  Invoicing
  Premium Finance Agreements as requested

• Follow up for policies from Carriers

• Process Binders & Invoices, Policies, Endorsement Requests, Original Applications, and Certificates of Insurance

• Assisting AE and/or Producer with all account needs from negotiating with underwriters, following up on details with agents and learning through negotiating internally on best options

• Support the team by assisting when others are out and notifying team members when you will be unavailable

• Maintain Continuing Education for license and professional designation(s)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to comfortably lift 25-50 pounds

• Use a computer / telephone to communicate effectively with Insureds, Agents & Insurers

• Travel as needed to attend industry and professional meetings

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
