Global Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) Blade Materials

YOUR TASKS

• Development and implementation of global sourcing strategies for a commodity within blade material
• Set-up framework agreements with blade material suppliers and monitor their performance assuring supply to production
• Responsible for global targets (cost, quality, delivery) in coordination with stakeholders
• Managing interface to suppliers and internal customers

 

YOUR PROFIL

• Minimum 5 years experience in strategic sourcing and category management with clear experience in sourcing of blade material for the wind industry
• Good at managing people networks
• Strong negotiation skills and project management skills
• Excellent communication with people with various cultural backgrounds
• Structured, systematic and transparent approach to business processes
• Solution focussed mindset
• Fluent English, other language is of an advantage
