Apply now and join Europe's leading HR and payroll service provider on this exciting journey! </p><p><strong>We are seeking a Global Process Owner to be based from our offices in Katowice - Poland or Malaga / Granada - Spain.<br/></strong></p><p><strong>What do we have to offer?</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>An exciting opportunity to drive payroll service delivery in a new, dynamic team.</li> <li>Continuous training and career development opportunities. </li> <li>A friendly, collaborative international work environment. </li> <li>Competitive salary and benefits. </li> <li>Location-specific benefits (e.g., hybrid work options, additional perks, etc.). </li> <li>Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training</li> <li>Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field our you want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!</li> </ul><p><strong>The role</strong><br/></p><p>As the Global Process Owner, you will act as a strategic payroll and BPO services business advisor understanding market demands, developments and trends and to further drive the SD Worx technical and services roadmap in additional to driving the strategic client partnership roadmaps. </p><p>You will play a critical role in defining and establishing global standard processes for our newly created SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization. </p><p>This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining global payroll and HR business process standards. You will drive continuous improvement while collaborating with clients and country teams to assess and manage localization activities, process deviations, recommending optimal solutions that align with both organizational and client needs. </p><p>Furthermore, you will be instrumental in creating the global target operating model (TOM), country-specific operating models, and guiding the development of key operational documentation and training materials. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Design and define global and local process standards for SAP MPS and BPO payroll and HR services, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices. </li> <li>Lead continuous process improvement by identifying optimization opportunities across global and country-specific processes. </li> <li>Collaborate with country teams and clients to assess process deviations, determine their impact, and approve or reject them. </li> <li>Recommend the most appropriate solutions that maintain alignment with global standards. </li> <li>Ensure that global and local process standards are clearly understood, implemented, and adhered to by country teams, while offering flexibility to accommodate client specific requirements. </li> <li>Lead the creation and development of the global target operating model (TOM), collaborating with local teams to build country operating models that integrate global and local standards and best practices. </li> <li>Participate in client and country-level discussions, providing expertise on process deviations, aligning processes with global standards, and proposing solutions that satisfy both local and global requirements. </li> <li>Process maps Oversee the creation and maintenance of Process Maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and other critical process documentation to ensure consistency across regions. </li> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about global standards, operating models, and process documentation. </li> <li>Maintain close communication with key stakeholders (including country teams and clients) to ensure consistent application of global standards, procedures and process changes. </li> <li>Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the global process framework aligns with overall business objectives and client needs. </li> <li>Provide leadership and support for the creation or modification of processes, ensuring they meet global standards while accommodating l
