Through our ways of working, innovations, products, and solutions we can have a significant positive impact in the world, on people and planet. <br/> The VP Performance / Progress is responsible for 1) target setting and reporting performance of our sustainability initiatives, 2) ensuring the sustainability function and business have the right tools, capabilities, and processes in place to deliver our sustainability ambition, with a special focus on digitalization and 3) embedding sustainability throughout our business decision making processes to enable us to create sustainability value and impact. </p> <p> </p> <p>At dsm-firmenich, we want to be a force for good. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your key responsibilities </b></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track the results and effectiveness for value creation and societal &amp; planetary impact of our sustainability programs.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Provide strategic and technical guidance to stakeholders for all aspects of sustainability value creation.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Embedding sustainability into our equity story in close collaboration with the Investor Relations team.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Lead the digitalization of the Sustainability function<span><span><span><span> i</span></span></span></span>n close collaboration with our Digital &amp; Tech team for a data-led, digitally-enabled sustainability function with focus on value creation. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure regulatory compliance, with a special focus on CSRD.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Develop and deliver sustainability reporting, ratings and certifications in line with evolving requirements and business needs.
