In Ireland, External Manufacturing has two sites; Global Headquarters based in Dublin 15 and a distribution centre in Shannon, Co Clare.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>For more information about Bristol Myers Squibb, visit us at BMS.com/ie</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>The Role</b></span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>BMS External Manufacturing is looking to recruit on a permanent contract Project Lead, Supply Chain, VPT, reporting to </span></span>Director, Supply Chain ExM GBU External Site Supply Chain.</p><p></p><p>The primary function of this role is to lead/participate in a range of Supply Chain and related projects for External Manufacturing Operations (ExM).</p><p></p><p><span><i>Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.</i></span>  </p><p></p><p></p><p><span><b>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li>Coordinates activities and manages teams engaged in planning, project management and execution of supply chain projects.</li><li>Participates as required in ExM projects as the Supply Chain lead.</li><li>Creates detailed project work plans for projects assigned, identifies scope, key milestones and deliverables and updates as appropriate to meet changing circumstances.</li><li>Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.</li><li>Directly manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects to ensure task completion to meet project milestones and successful project delivery.</li><li>Holds regular meetings with project team and effectively communicates relevant project status, key issues and potential problems to all stakeholders.</li><li>Effectively applies project management methodologies and enforces project standards.</li><li>Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.</li><li>Engages with Third Party Alliance partners to ensure integration of partner requirements into ExM operations.</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:</b></span></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.</li><li>Creates and maintains strong working relationships within the BMS organisation and externally with trade partners, customers and suppliers.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and organizations</li><li>Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.</li><li>Team management experience, demonstrates competence in managing cross- functional project teams.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of project management principles, tools and techniques including detailed operation of MS Project.</li><li>The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions</li><
