Director of Rehab – Citrus Heights Post Acute

Salary: Starting at $135,000 per year
Position Overview:
The Director of Rehab will oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, manage a team of talented professionals, and develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care. The Director will ensure compliance with all regulations, maintain high standards of care, and drive team performance to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and therapy assistants.
- Develop and implement rehab policies, protocols, and programs that align with the facility’s goals.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and ensure quality care for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients.
- Monitor and evaluate performance and quality outcomes, implementing improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or equivalent licensure.
- Strong understanding of rehab therapies, patient care protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
