Team Summary:
The Client Implementation Management is a client-facing division that oversees and executes on the operational components of the onboarding journey for Institutional clients investing in Separate and Sub-Advised accounts. This team partners with various internal business stakeholders to provide an exceptional client experience throughout the onboarding journey or material client change events.
Role Summary:
This role contributes to the Client Implementation Management team by supporting various client activities including but not limited to; custodian changes, terminations, and in-kind activities. This role is client-facing and is accountable to overseeing internal and external department deliverables by executing on project management skills.
About This Job:
Provides quality operational support to clients on a daily basis, which includes identifying and resolving issues related to client operations, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and consumer laws, referring more complex problems to managers or other experts.

Responsibilities
- Supports a variety of straightforward client relationships, including onboarding, monitoring requests, and resolving issues as they arise. Escalates complex issues and requests to more senior staff as needed.
- Gathers data to inform operating or servicing agreements. Performs analyses on operational issues raised by clients and their service providers. Identifies a variety of nonstandard operational needs and escalates accordingly.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Works with clients to resolve a wide variety of basic issues. Supports the communication of information to internal parties following established processes.
- Participates in initiatives and projects to enhance the quality and efficiency of the client operations department processes. Recommends process improvements.
Typical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven operational work experiences within the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently.
FINRA Requirements:
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility:
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
Regional Requirements:
Base salary range:
$60,500 - $104,000 USD
For the location of:
Colorado
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
