Sr. Business Analyst

<p>Job profile</p><p><br/>You will play a key role in organizing customer delivery by participating to the successful integration of an IQVIA product, by identifying, qualifying, and owning (for IQVIA) customer business requirements that spans across the domain, to satisfy end-to-end business use cases. You will be working closely with the business key stakeholders and IQVIA technical experts to conduct analysis in order to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for the clients.</p><p><br/>This position will allow you to apply your analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as your project management skills, while ensuring tangible results and a relationship of trust with clients. Additionally, it offers growth opportunities and a promising career path in a growing company.</p><p><br/>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br/>•    Participate to and lead business and technical requirement workshops to determine the appropriate business information for the client’s needs<br/>•    Be accountable for the overall unearthing, identification, formalization, and communication of requirement spanning across functional domains<br/>•    Obtain Client sign-off for business requirements document<br/>•    Advise the technical delivery teams and testing teams on business requirements (onshore, nearshore and/or offshore)<br/>•    Review Clients’ requirements for solutions, potentially including mockups and demos<br/>•    Support and advise on the solution testing strategy, to highlight important business use cases<br/>•    Contribute to the production of the overall integrated program/project plans to define realistic implementation roadmaps<br/>•    Work hand-in-hand with program and delivery managers to ensure escalations (from Clients or internal stakeholders) are addressed adequately<br/>•    Engage with customers on regular basis (project kick-off, project meetings) and be the main point of contact for customer business domain experts<br/>•    Work with additional teams contributing to the delivery and support of cross product solutions: nearshore and offshore technical delivery centers and post-implementation (support and services) teams<br/>•    Participate in the business development process as needed</p><p></p><p>Your qualifications:</p><p></p><p>•    5 + years tangible professional experience as business analyst and/or project manager, application owner or similar roles in a multicultural environment (preferably in the healthcare industry)<br/>•    Strong business and functional skills and the ability to work with project teams geographically dispersed, from multiple time zones<br/>•    You can empathize with customers, have the ability to inspire and also demonstrate leadership qualities in customer relationships<br/>•    Very strong communication skills, high ability to convey adequate messages to clients<br/>•    Excellent conceptual, process oriented and analytical problem-solving skills <br/>•    Highly self-driven working style that is pragmatic &amp; outcome oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks<br/>•    Team player, ability to work with various, also senior stakeholders<br/>•    Used to deliver with an agile approach, as well as with other iterative / hybrid approaches<br/>•    Strong proficiency in leading business requirements workshops participated by broad spectrum of stakeholders from the customer in different disciplines including but not limited to business, IT, compliance etc.<br/>•    Deep knowledge of Cloud solutions, SaaS business model and end-to-end delivery model<br/>•    Experience in Analysis, Design and Development in the field of Database and implementation of Business Intelligence applications<br/>•    Knowledge or experience of having worked with JIRA is preferred<br/>•    Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes<br/>•    Full proficiency of the English language required; any additional languages would be advantageous</p><p></p><p>IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
