<p>Location:  Delft (the Netherlands)<br/>Travelling: 10% internationally </p> <p>INTRODUCTION <br/>The Strategic Business Units (SBUs) team in Taste at dsm-firmenich plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global flavor and taste strategy within the Taste, Texture &amp; Health (TTH) division. We set the vision for growth, design value proposition and direction for innovation across Beverage, Sweet Goods, and Savory segments by combining consumer insights with cross-functional expertise to create regionally relevant, sustainable products. <br/>The Director/Sr. Director, Global Strategy Development for the Beverages category will have the opportunity to shape the future of Beverages strategies across key sub-segments with global impact. You’ll work closely with innovation, portfolio management, commercial, and operations teams to define and drive the next strategic cycle, while partnering with creation, regulatory, sustainability, and consumer insights experts to build a regionally relevant, consumer-focused Taste portfolio and industry-leading tools.
