About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and optimizing recruitment processes, sourcing high-quality talent, managing internship programs, and ensuring a smooth hiring process in coordination with People Partners. This role focuses on building effective recruitment strategies, running impactful recruitment campaigns, and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, including building new interview kits, optimizing job ads, and more.
  • Talent Acquisition: Conduct initial screening calls and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role, shortlisting candidates for further interviews. Manage updates and communication through the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate, up-to-date.
  • Sourcing: Identify and utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events. Actively engage with potential candidates through direct outreach and networking, while managing relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Design and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent and enhance the company’s employer brand. Promote job openings and company culture, monitoring and adjusting campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with People Partners to understand their teams' hiring needs, timelines, and selection criteria, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies. Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the recruitment team and other stakeholders, training and supporting People Partners in executing hiring processes.
  • Data & Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics to monitor the efficiency of the hiring process and identify and implement solutions and improvements based on data insights. Provide regular reports and insights to the Internal Operations Director, People Partners, and other stakeholders.
