Then come and join our global marketing team as a Global Product Marketing Manager, Interventional – Ultrasound. This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA or Palo Alto, CA office.

The Global Product Marketing Manager, Interventional – Ultrasound is responsible for driving market expansion and development of the Siemens Healthineers 2D/4D intracardiac echo (ICE) catheter portfolio along with electrophysiology and structural heart ultrasound systems.  This position involves close collaboration with product development and sales teams to gain deep insights into the market dynamics, customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscapes.  You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and tactics that lead to measurable business growth, product adoption and market leadership. 

You are responsible for:

  • Strategic Development: Leading the creation and execution of product strategies and marketing plans, setting clear objectives, strategies and tactics.  Partner with regional business leaders to align on global product expansion expectations to meet business goals.

  • New Product Marketing: Leading all aspects of new product development marketing efforts, partnering with product management on market research and clinical claim development and product positioning.  Guide cross-functional go-to-market team to ensure successful product launches and while maintaining marketing support for existing products.

  • Market Positioning & Messaging:  Preparing and executing compelling product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, forecasting, pricing, economic value proposition and brand campaigns based on customer needs.

  • Customer and Market Insights: Maintaining frequent and regular contact with strategic industry experts and trade organizations, field visits with key physicians and sales consultants, participation in key meetings and conferences to ensure company and products are perceived superior relative to the competition

  • Sales Support Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to ensure a high quality of sales support in terms of new product/market introductions, training programs, key physician/key account visits and regular communication, both responsive as well as proactive.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:  Working collaboratively with marketing communications, product management and other related teams to ensure products are properly positioned in the market utilizing creative promotional, pricing, service, and product characteristic strategies to maximize sales and profits.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing and managing annual marketing budget forecasts for the marketing functions related to systems and catheters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing or clinical marketing.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare or life science industry.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in managing product launches and market introductions.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong independent work ethic, with ability to drive projects and decisions autonomously.

  • Excellent communicator and strong presentation skills

  • Analytical problem solver

Your Expertise

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to engage with physicians and clinical key opinion leaders globally.

  • Experience in Electrophysiology and Structural Heart with Ultrasound Experience would be a plus.

  • Crafting global marketing plans and strategies that drive impactful results.

  • Managed elements of new product commercialization and launches.
