<h3>Company Description</h3><p>Operating for over 45 years, King & Moffatt Building Services provide complete Mechanical and Electrical services across all sectors of the construction industry including Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy.</p><p>From design stage to the installation and the ongoing maintenance of their facilities, our valued and highly skilled workforce provide our clients with an efficient, reliable and best in class service.</p><p>A Deloitte Best Managed Company Award winner for eight years running, we pride ourselves on being a full building services solutions provider and have successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects in Ireland, the UK & mainland Europe.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a result of our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team in Carrick-on-Shannon.</p><ul><li>Maintain employee records by ensuring all compliance documentation is on file.</li><li>Create and distribute new employment contracts.</li><li>Produce accurate and timely documents such as reference, mortgage and rent support documents etc., in line with company processes and policies.</li><li>Actively encourage all employee to use all document and guidance from HR TMS.</li><li>Co-ordinate and manage the long service awards process</li><li>Manage the communication of sickness documents for all monthly paid employees. </li><li>Provide support to Performance Development Process (PDRs) and guidance in the use of the system</li><li>Maintain and create induction packs for new employees.</li><li>Assist with pay review letters.</li><li>Provide administrational support to your HR colleagues.</li><li>Develop and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks.</li><li>Complete ad-hoc duties that supports both the function and the business</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Relevant HR or related qualification is desirable.</li><li>Previous experience in a HR/Administration role.</li><li>Interest in developing your career within HR or related discipline.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Having an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong, dynamic and innovative organisation.</p><p>As well as being supported and encouraged to develop your career here at King and Moffatt, we also offer the following:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Professional Development support </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Health and Wellness programs</li><li>Bike to work scheme</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate must be eligible to work in Ireland and work in Head office in Carrick on Shannon.</strong></p><p>At King and Moffatt, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation, creativity, and success.
