We're not just building software; we're shaping the future of work.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p>As a Full-Stack Developer at Shyfter, you'll be a key player in crafting seamless, intuitive interfaces <em>and</em> building the robust backend that powers our platform. You’ll be a bridge between design and functionality, working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and other developers, to develop and implement solutions that align with our ambitious goals. You will report directly to the Dev Lead.</p> <p><strong>On the Front-End:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, test, and maintain high-quality front-end features using React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS for our web platform.</li> <li>Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and scalability of our web (mobile is a plus) applications.</li> <li>Utilize React Query for efficient data fetching and state management.</li> <li>Mobile development is a plus, knowledge with React Native and Expo (Expo EAS and Expo Router).</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and adhere to best practices in coding and design.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality across different platforms.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development to keep our product at the cutting edge.</li> </ul> <p><strong>On the Back-End:</strong></p> <ul> <li>With the product team, you develop new features and improve existing ones.</li> <li>You will love to connect Shyfter to a wide range of external tools and services.</li> <li>You’re fully involved in each and every aspect of our fast-moving product development process. </li> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Laravel.</li> <li>Maintain and query relational databases (e.g., MySQL).</li> <li>Implement unit testing, continuous deployment, integration and testing.</li> <li>Experienced in web services, including REST APIs.</li> <li>GitHub is your second-best friend.</li> <li>Constantly challenge and expand your knowledge of reliable software architecture, programming, and new technologies.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional experience as a front-end developer <em>and</em> a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Laravel backend development (Medior level), preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and React Native (with Expo).</li> <li>Experience working with React Query for state management and data fetching.</li> <li>Familiarity with Next.js is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to producing high-quality, user-friendly applications.</li> <li>Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (FR/NL) is an asset.</li> <li>Organized and highly technical, multitasking, and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment and independently while focusing on project details, timely delivery, and system quality.</li> <li>Authentically curious &amp; loving learning.</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <p>At Shyfter, we value hard work and talent.
