As part of the team, you will also perform subject matter expertise, consultation, product presentation, conducting and attending internal meetings, coordinating project plans and tasks, and managing customer/business expectations' key responsibilities.  </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>As a Product Implementation &amp; Support Specialist, you will </b></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Conduct assessments of complex incidents, understand the request/issue, and identify the faulty component or parameters to be changed  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Apply solutions and send feedback to Site Admins/users  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Respect defined Service Level Agreement/procedures defined within the workflow tool (SDP) to ensure smooth communication between support teams and consistency of the data (tickets) recorded  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Complete incident registration with all technical information to allow escalation (including to suppliers and 3rd party support)  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Follow-up (resolution, feedback, questions) on these escalated cases  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Perform system administration tasks  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Modify the configuration of Online sites for OBT, Portal, TSA, and TSPM  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Participate in the management of the virtual team System Administration Client Technology  </span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>About you  </b></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span>Extensive experience in the travel industry  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Good written and spoken English  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Good knowledge of at least one GDS system (Sabre/Amadeus)</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Excellent knowledge in client facing Travel Technology and solid experience in the administration of min one application  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Good analytical thinking skills and interpersonal skills  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Experience in process management (design, documenting, and implementing processes) advantageous  </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span>Thorough understanding of online meeting technology advantageous</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>About us </b></span></span><br/> <span><span>We’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
