Product Service Owner Signavio (f/m/x)

<p>Your Role</p><ul><li><p>Deep functional understanding of Signavio software, authorization concept, architecture and functionalities</p></li><li><p>Design and implementation of an efficient authorization concept that meets the requirements of the business areas</p></li><li><p>Design, ensure and build up the support for all business users in all levels (first, second and third level support)</p></li><li><p>Ensuring the technical functionality of the tool, its development and usage</p></li><li><p>Establishment of a test system to ensure a GxP-validated environment in Signavio with together with SAP-Signavio as the SaaS provider</p></li><li><p>Setup, implementation and further development of interfaces to OpenText Extended ECM and other applications</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance to project managers and BPM experts in customer segments and service functions</p></li><li><p>Coordination with Signavio and direct contact with SAP-Signavio</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Your Profile</p><ul><li><p>An excellent university degree, preferably Economic or business administration, or computer science, paired with a passion for BPM Modeling and processes analytics</p></li><li><p>Creative thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent English and advanced German language skills</p></li><li><p>Good professional experience in Process Modeling and Design, Transformations Processes, or Key User role for Signavio</p></li><li><p>Absolut team worker</p></li><li><p>Strong and successful in project management and able to support national and international project teams and coordinate with external Partners</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and the ability in supporting business together with an deep understanding for Customers needs</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:</p>Björn Fabian Scheben
